To Whom It May Concern: Please allow me to share my experience with Trey
Douglas.
Aside from being in my home during my absence a few times, which all met my
expectations and were problem free, Trey has managed the care of my mother’s
home for about 9 years through and past her passing.
His duties were varied and ever changing as the situation itself evolved. He
oversaw the management of the exterior landscape that had overgrown across 30
years, irrigation repairs, fruit and rose gardens, all small repairs within
the house, and worked with contractors and/or family for larger maintenance
requirements. The upkeep of the inside of the home also largely fell to Trey
and during my mothers travels Trey always cared for the property.
Further, he took charge of the groceries, errands and often drove my mother
to family events, doctor’s appointments and other places. He also managed the
upkeep of the vehicles, the coordination of events and preparation for family
visits or holidays.
There was also a large Shaklee business that my mother had successfully built
that had to be maintained. Trey computerized it, and over time preformed all
of the duties from ordering products, shipping them, banking, managing the
inventory as well as dealing with the customers. Eventually it was decided to
let go of my mother’s office and leased space and Trey assisted in moving all
of the product, shelving and furniture into a large garage space that was
converted for the business. It was Trey who taught me how to run things when
the time came to take over.
Over time it became necessary to ad female care givers for my mother and Trey
assisted in the hiring and management within the home of these helpers. He
ultimately trained one of them to handle the business, which was still
ongoing. He further worked with family members to inventory household items
and identify everything that was in her 4000 sq. ft. home. The final disposal
stages of the property we considerably easier due to this long term effort
and I found it to be a very orderly situation to deal with. During his stay
at the home he was meticulously clean, everything always in its proper place
and very diligent with all of his duties.
Regarding any position that Trey is applying for I highly recommend him. He
is mature, straight forward, honest, hard working and genuinely concerned
about whatever he is involved in or responsible for. I would be happy to talk
further with you should you have any questions about Trey.

To Whom It May Concern:
My husband, Jim, and I have had the privilege of knowing Trey Douglas for 26
years.
Our first encounter was in 1988 when we hired the company he owned and
managed to design, plant and maintain a beautiful wildflower garden at our
home in Colorado. He had a very creative approach to landscaping as well as
hiring and managing an excellent crew.
Over the years he provided other unrelated services that we were in need of.
Trey brings great integrity to whatever he is involved in. He is a person of
his word and does exactly what he signs on to do. I was immediately aware
that he inspired confidence and was exactly the person we wanted to work
with.
Most of all he is loyal, kind and has a big heart.

"Trey Douglas is one of my dearest and most revered friends. While he
has never house sat for me or cared for my property, I have had the
opportunity to be in his home on several different occasions and have
witnessed how meticulous he is about his living environment. I can
confidently say that Trey is not only someone of high integrity you can
trust, he is also someone who's going to go the extra mile to take excellent
care of your home, pets and plants. Without a doubt, anyone who has the good
fortune to have Trey care for their property is going to be very
blessed."
